@Pedro (post #2),

From what I could gather, CMP Nucleo Forte contains two nucleotides (Cytidine 5'-Monophasphate Disodium +
Uridine Triphosphate Trisodium); and is reportedly used to treat a wide variety of peripheral nervous system disorders. However I haven't anything mention that it can be used for insomnia/sleep disorders. So unless it's an off-label use, I would double check with your brother's doctor just to be sure he's been given the appropriate medication.

@Bull (original poster),

Costa Rica, Egypt, Mexico, Spain, and perhaps other Spanish speaking countries may carry CMP Nucleo Forte, as a lot of the search results I'm finding are posted in Spanish. But if you're looking for a worldwide list, I would recommend contacting the company who markets it (Ferrer Internacional SA), since they may have more specific details regarding availability.

Hope this info helps!

Throughout Latin America and Europe. I got mine through Nootropics Mexico. I would not do business with ospharma. They ripped me off.

I also used Nootropics Mexico. There are few reviews of this company, and I was wary of ordering from them, but I desperately needed the medication for my neuropathy. They did send the medicine as promised and answered any emails that I sent them. They have good service and seem to be honest.
