Nostrilla - What Happened To It? (Page 5)

All of a sudden Nostrilla has disappeared from the shelf of my CVS (which is the only place locally that I was ever able to find it). Online sites have is listed as out of stock. Was it discontinued, recalled, or what?

Why is Nostrilla off the shelves at Walgreens? Unbelievable, it was the only thing that worked. What's up?

The old formula is still available at Amazon. I ordered a 7 pack and I too had been experiencing a nasty burning sensation and virtual ineffectiveness of the medicine during the past three to four months. I'm so glad Amazon still has a good stock of it in their supply. {affiliate link added}

Hi. RiteAid had it for a long time, but now all of a sudden they don't. I know you can order it online from Walmart and Amazon. Good luck.

P.S. - because the new one makes my nose, eyes etc... go crazy, I take the bottle and split it into two bottles then I fill it with distilled water. Works great for me.

You say Tristan has the same active ingredient but you don't say whether it has the same active ingredient as the original Nostrilla or the new Nostrilla

The problem is Nostrilla was sold to another company and they CHANGED THE FORMULA (see the inactive ingredients). When I talked to the new company last year they had no clue and they kept reading the inactive ingredients. I had an old box of Nostrilla (original) in front of me, but the man I talked to over the phone kept insisting the inactive ingredients were the same.

My allergy background boils down to me being allergic to Formaldehyde and Formaldehyde Releaser so I always check the inactive ingredients because it is a hidden ingredient and goes by different names. Hope this helps.

I have been using Nostrilla for 25 years with no side effects. Just clears my sinuses and no rebound. Does not bring my blood pressure up nor does it make my heart beat faster. One size does not fit all when doctors repeat the same thing over and over. I am 78 and in excellent condition except I get seasonal allergies.
