Hi, I need some advice on the prolonged use of Gen payne. Been struggling with TMD and the dentist prescribed genpayne and norflex, so I've been taking the gen payne daily (sometimes twice) for something like 2-3 weeks now I've stopped taking it today and woke up feeling shaky. Will this feeling stop over time or do I have to see a doctor? ## Gen-Payne contains Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen, and Codeine, the latter of which is an opiate, so you may be experiencing some mild withdrawal effects, which is normal if you suddenly stop taking it abruptly. According to FDA reports, you may also experience nausea, rebound pain, dizziness, and headache. ref=" target'=_blank" rel="noopener">Medline Plus Codeine However, if your symptoms become severe, or if you feel you...

I have a hair drug test next week and I am on Norflex (100mg ER), but it was just a sample 4 day supply from the hospital. Will it show up on the test? ## A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. A 1.5 inch sample, cut at the scalp line, will go back 90 days. I don't know of any hair drug test that would include Norflex.

small white scored table with M on one side and 221 on the other side ## The closest I could find to this actually has 3M 221 on the round white tablet with a score mark. 3M Pharmaceuticals lists it as being a 100mgs Norflex tablet, which contains the active ingredient Orphenadrine, which is a muscle relaxant. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and drowsiness. Can you please double check the imprint and post back? Thank you!

I have loose motion from past 2 months, daily 2-3 times and have bubble sound in stomach, i got colonoscopy done but there was not problem, what is the problem? ## What has your doctor advised? Have you changed anything in your diet, either the food you're eating, or beverages? The bubbles sound like they may be due to gas, but there are many things that could be causing the diarrhea. You may want to try keeping a food diary for a few weeks, writing down everything you eat and drink, then when the problems occur. This could help you discover the trigger item(s). ## I Have Loose Motion From Past 2 Months Daily 4 Times And Bubble Sound In Stomach. i am eating every thing but from last 3 day i am eating only one dish boil rice now pain is in my both legs. i have eating these tablets,, ...

At my drug screen testing I was not worried at all because I have a script for everything I use. Well my drug screen showed up as meth and I have been taking NORFLEX.. This is the only med I found that could show up that way. Please help me and let me know if anyone has any information about it. Thanks Angie. ## Norflex, which contains Orphenadrine, should not show up as Meth, either. It is not related to it, nor in the same drug class. ## Certain over the counter antacids also throw a false positive for methamphetamine so don't just take someone's word for it. It's also a pain tryin...

I take Xarelto. Can I use Norflex too? Can I take it at the same time? I took Xarelto first, then the doctor prescribed me the Norflex because of a muscular pain. ## Hi Liz, According to umm.edu's drug interaction tool, there are no interactions found between Norflex (Orphenadrine) and Xarelto. However this is not to say that no interactions exist... I would still encourage you to double check with your prescribing doctor just to be on the safe side. Although I don't foresee a doctor prescribing their patient two medications that interfered with one another, they can and do make mistakes. I hope this helps!
