Is there any medicine with Nimesulida that I can buy over-the-counter in a CVS or other pharmacy? ## No, I'm sorry, it isn't. It isn't even available in the U.S. by prescription, due to the severe risk of liver toxicity that is associated with it. Have you tried seeing a doctor here to find an alternative medication?

Is nisulid a blood thinner? Can I take it 2 days before surgery for muscle pain? ## Nisulid contains the active ingredient Nimesulide, which is a NSAID, commonly used to treat pain, fever and swelling. And yes, this class of medications usually does cause some blood thinning and should not be used for several days before surgery, unless your docotr has specifically instructed you to do so. Are there any questions or comments? ## Sir thanks for answer the question, but, can anybody use nimesulide before any surgery? 2 days before? and how many time it effects stay on me, like the blood thinner, how many time my blood will be thinner since i use nimesulide, hope your answer, thanks.
