Nimuslide In Combination With Paracetamol

My wife took 1/2 tablet of 100mg+500mg of paracetamol for 0 days for pain releife of arithrites. She was releived of pain but lost her appitide, felt heart burning, acidity, and burning sensation in uranary path. when i studied about the medicine on net, i fornd that it may cause the side effects to liver. how for it is true.please any body may guide me in the matter.

Paracetamol and Nimesulide is used as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory to help alleviate pain, fever and swelling.

And yes, the loss of appetite, heartburn and increased acidity can all be normal side effects of it, because this class of medications can irritate the stomach and increase the production of stomach acid.

However, the urinary tract burning is not a normal side effect and usually is a sign of a urinary tract infection. Has she contacted her doctor about this, yet?

As to the effects on the liver, yes, it can cause liver damage, but that is normally very rare and occurs with long-term usage of high dosages.
