There are other medications that can be used, such as Acetaminophen/Paracetamol, during pregnancy. Dear Sir/Madam, My wife is in 8th month of her pregnancy. Wifes age is 27. She is suffering from cold. Due to acute ear pain and nasal congestion she took one dosage of SN-15 (Serratiopeptidase & Nimesulide tab-100mg)...Was this safe for mother and the fetus. I consumed 60 ml of rum in the night before I had a fever. I took a tab of nimesulide 100 mg after not more than 5 hours for fever and pain. Am I in trouble. reply asap ## It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so it should not be taken, when imbibing, due to the fact that it could cause stomach bleeding, ulceration, liver damage, or liver failure, according to NIH reports. These conditions aren't likely after just one dose, but there are always rare exceptions. How are you doing? Did you experience any adverse effects? Please make sure to inform your medical provider, so they can watch for any possible danger signs.

There's really no way to say, there are risks with any given medication, such as stomach ulceration, liver damage or liver failure, according to the U.S. FDA. Which one has your doctor advised you to use? ## Aceclofenac is safer than nimesulide, because aceclofenac inhibit lesser amount of cox-1(which helps in formation of beneficial prostaglandin).

Hello guys. I am having migrane kind of headache since 18 months. and i have consulted neuro physician and i had two times of MRI scan of brain and there was nothing in that. only cause came out is its sinus related. i was prescribed with set of tablets but there is no effect with those tablets. Then i started taking NISE tablet for my headache. I use to take 12 to 15 tablets in month for my headache. like i took NISE tablet for approximately 12 to 15 months. every month i took 12 to 15. Now i am scared whether it is going to affect my kidneys.? Now i have reduced taking tablets. if any doctor is there means please suggest me the next step.

If a person takes 10 to 20 tablets a day then what are the side effects to the body? I want to know. ## Taking that many could cause a toxic overdose that results in overdose. When they say it is effects the liver, the is because most medications are processed through the liver and long-term usage can lead to some harmful effects, however, if you are only using it for a short period of time the chance of it having any ill-effects are minimal. Few days ago i had some sleepiness nights, i thought it's effect of body pains that i was thought. One of my friend he has given this Nimusulide tablet slip. I started took 2 days then i stop using. After two days my company has conducted annual physical test. You know happens!!!!! doctor was called me and said you have some effects in your liver so we may have to medical terminate you.
