Nimesulide Already Exists

I have a arthritis a long time. Now I live in Canada. Before I used nise-nimesulide. I couldn't find a tablets in Canada. I just need to know, are there any alternative tablets as a nimesulide in Canada???

Iam 30 years old lady blessed with 15month old baby whome iam feeding regularly,2weeks back, i had a back pain along with complete right foot and bump pain,taken a x-ray which shows discprolaps (L5-S1),doctor prescribed me gabapentin tablet and Nimesulide tablets 100mg.I want to know, it has any sideeffects and it is recomended for a feedind mother.

All prescription medications pose the risk of side effects. That is just something that comes along with the use of chemically or synthetically synthesized ingredients and extracts. I suggest going the natural route if you wish to have less or not side effects.

Precautions for Gabapentin note that Gabapentin can pass into breast milk and may harm a nursing baby.
Therefore I would not recommend using it during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Regarding the drug Nimesulide - the FDA, doctors, and various scientists that have tested it, have serious questions about its safety at any stage of pregnancy and do not advise it to be used at all. In my opinion if it is not safe to use during pregnancy, then it is very likely that it is not safe for use during breastfeeding either.
