Round white pill with light pink speckles. Pill the size of a dime and as thick as 2 nickles. One side is blank and th other side has NL4S on it. ## This is actually a nicotine lozenge, similar to Nicorette or Commit to help someone quit smoking, it is a 4mg tablet. ## Looks like you got beat ## Who said they got beat they prolly found it in a cupboard somewhere

Any side effect of Tab Complamina (nicotine xanthinate) if used for prolonged periods such as 6-8 months in doses of 2 tab twice a day. ## All drugs, even over the counter ones, have side effects. The type you experience depends on your body and how it responds to the medication.
