What are the side effects of Niacin NF ## Niacin-NF contains Inositol Nicotinate, it is a supplement that is used as a vasodilator. As such, the side effects for it have not been studied, as has been down for regular prescription medications. Some Niacin products are known to cause flushing, however, this formulation is broken down much slower, so those incidences have been greatly reduced. Since it is also a vasodilator, this could result in your being more sensitive to heat and cold, in your extremities. Are there any other questions?

However, it could be an over the counter item or even a foreign medication. Many supplements look like this, including Niacin and have no markings. Was it given to you by someone who obtained it in the U.S.?
