The only one I've experienced after about 1 week is I can't stop eating. Never been a big eater, now I'm always hungry.

I never had any side effects. I was on it for 4 yrs. I still need it desperately, but can't afford it even w/ medicaid discount.

Hi, I am in SA and recently found that Citro Soda takes all my acid away- maybe it works for you too, I was also on Nexium and didn't really have any side effects mentioned, except an empty purse....

I have nexium on prescription 20mg twice a day. It is the best thing I have ever taken. 33 years of severe acid reflux is now under control. I cannot praise it enough. As for side effects, I'm on other things too but I tend to blame it all on Co-codamol. I have tried the generic versions and none of them work. I live in England and I don't have to pay for them. I'm on a low income scheme. If you are really suffering please take your tablets. So much better than having a fire in your throat and stomach. Hope it all works out for you all.
