Is there any side effects by using the Nexito Tab for life long..?

Nexito contains the active ingredient Escitalopram, which is an SSRI antidepressant and many people that suffer from mental health disorders do require some type of medication for most of their lives.

I'm a 27 yr old mother of one. I'm taking Nexito 5 from past 2 months on the advice of a psychiatrist. More than depression, my main problem is sleeplessness. I'm preparing for a very tough competitive exam, which involves long hours of study. Does taking Nexito on a regular basis affect my memory and alertness?

I was suffering from pain in the right side of my forehead, neck, hand and shoulder. Dr. gave me medicines for fibromyolgia. I felt better and advised to stop the medicines. Now the pain comes during my monthly periods. At that time I have the fear of death, I fear whether I'll suffer from a stroke or a heart attack etc. I get depressed at this time. I went to the Psychiatrist. Today she has prescribed STABLON, NEXITO-LS, ANXOZAP-10. I have not started with the medicines yet. Im an office goer aged 44 yrs. I have to prepare for a departmental exam. Will these medicines hamper my exam preparation & my daily work? Must I take these medicines for long term?Are there medicines in homeopathy?
