Hi... I'm HIV positive and my son is three months old and I haven't been taking my medication for a week now but I give my son the ilvitrim suspension every day. Is he at the risk of being infected? My son is 18 weeks now...he got tested after birth and after six weeks when he was stopped from takin nevirapine and the pcr results were negative..now my worry is this ilvitrim suspension i was told to give him everyday, why is it so? Hi after six weeks checkup my daughter tested negative, before she was using Nevirapine. Now they gave her the ilvitrim suspension. I have a 4 week old baby on nevirapine at the clinic. They also gave me ilvitrim, so I just want to know if that is the same thing or must I get nevirapine as well? ## Hello, Lu! How are you and your baby? Is your baby HIV positive or negative? If they are negative, then normally just the Ilvitrim is given, the Nevirapine is an antiviral that's used to treat an HIV infection. Hi I am hiv positive and on tribuss medication, I now have a 9 weeks son who was born negative and was given nevirapine at birth till he was 6weeks then given Iltrim.I was breastfeeding exclusively till he was 2weeks then gave him breastfeed, formula and cereal because he was not getting full on breast milk only does this mean that my son is now hiv positive even though I take my treatment religiously and gave him his ? ## Hello, Nikkie! Im getting ilvitrim at mi nearest clinic so im asking that if is fished before return date of my son what should I do or maybe I cn go to the nearest chemist to check if I could fined it.because dey wont allow me at work to do up and downs to the clinic.and mi son wont get affected while im breastfeeding him.and im taking my treatment everyday

White oblong pill with an H on left side of pill scored down the middle, when turned over 7 on left side of scored down middle ## Could use some help as i am not able to identify this pill in any way found my 14 year old with it (i am a nurse and cant identify it) ## They actually consider it a pale yellow, but it looks white to me, too. Anyway, the tablet contains 200mgs of Nevirapine, which is used to treat HIV-1 infection, it is an NNRTI class medication. Learn more Nevirapine details here. Is there anything else I can help with?
