Neurobion Forte After Had Feel Shaking Something In Finger

Due to muscle weekness and b 12 deficiency I advice to take neurobion forte injection and I took four injection a week then my doctor advice to take as tablet once per day after taken I feel better but some small shaking in finger and urine is going in yellow so is this sideffects of this medicine? DocAdvice to take this tab for 3 month
