Needing Help With Some Health Problems

Palagi po sumasakit ulo ko lalo na pag pagod ako or kulang sa tulog. Pag gagalaw ako sobrang sakit uupo or tatayo or any actions. I'm 26 years old i am very skinny and lean. And i take appetason 2 weeks palang. Mukhang okay naman po. Kasu yong problem ko lang minsan bigla nalang sasakit ulo ko. Sa 1 week halos mga dalawang beses. Can you please help me with what i need to do? Salamat. And please reply.
