The simplest precaution for migraine pain is exercise. I was suffering from migraines from the last 6-7 years. By some experiments i have experienced that during a migraine oxygen can't reach our brain. But with some exercises and a morning walk it can be cured. By taking medicine it can be only decreased, not stopped. Go find some gym. And do alom vilom.

I am also suffering from Migrane with Visual Aura Attack in Eyes. Please identify the triggers / reason why you are having migrane - Time / Occasion etc & then try to avoid them...
I found some reasons,
> Acidic Food
> having Acidity & then drinking alcohol even with a vodka or breezer. That's all I have but still it triggers migrane.
> Sunlight, during afternoon times. Use Cap to move during day etc.
> Food with Yeast, Bread etc...

Try reflexology it is good pain relief. You can self learn by searching reflexology for migraine. Ramdev has medicines and pransyams for migraine

Hi all! I too have been suffering with migraines for the past 15 years or so. First it was once a month and then last year it was maybe 3 to 4 times in a month. I consulted a dr and also took various medicines for it. But 2 months back one doctor told me 'try drinking a glass of warm/hot water first thing in the morning. It'll help'. Well I always drink more than a glass of water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. But now I started drinking 3 to 4 glasses of WARM water. And it must've done the trick because in the past 2 months I didn't get any migraine...

U need to check for nearest "kottakkal ayurvaidjya shala" or " thaikkattu moos Ayurvedic clinic" ( all over India it is there) and do a treatment called "nasyam" .. it reduces the migraine attacks at least 80%. But beware of cheap and duplicate Ayurvedic treatment centres.

I have a migraine headache, close to 10 years. I was taking headset for atleast 2 years. which actually helps in reducing the pain by 2 hours. 2 weeks back I met a neurologist and he suggested me to take naxdom 500. I don't see any diff by taking this tablet. Please advice which tablet is better.

Hiya im on a esprinol script and also narproxing but the test i take with the clinic say there benzo and opiats keep showing up ive ready they can give a false reading have u had this prober and as for being ill i havent had any problems yet! And good luck with your problem mate. NA YOUR NEVER ALONE

I am taking sebelium 5 and 10 mg. It has reduced the duration and frequency of migraines. But it has not cured it completely. I am myself looking for a permanent cure.

Start with meditation along with it. Avoid anything that can lead to migraine, high pitch sound, bright light, cold or any other factors. Complete your mother's regime. Medicine won't cause any such major complications. Regular check-up is required. Keep changing medicine to avoid resistance.

Hey greetings! Yeah you should go! I am also having migraine. I take divaa od 250 and zolfresh 5 mg cuz divaa od 250 causes me lack of sleep. Zolfresh is for sleep maintenance. At times of headache during periods, I take napra d 250.but to be honest, migraine tabs has to be take for so long and try to spend good time, without any stress, less use of fone, hydrated... That's most important. Eat fruits. Vegetables, maintain a healthy weight. Eat less sugary. You will see changes
