I have had painful ones since starting Nasacort about one week ago, as well as some nausea. I use the spray for allergy relief, and never thought it might effect my stomach in any way. Has anyone used Nasacort (nasal spray) for Vertigo? ## Yes, actually i was this week. I've been having vertigo for 4 weeks probably a total of 6 times, happens very suddenly. My doctor wants me to try this spray and then come back if it is still happening, i've been using the spray for 3 days and it happened today. So i'm not the confident that its working really, my thought is that its an infection of some kind, not just an allergic reaction.
