Syntex is the manufacture, they make a lot of Mexican drug products.

Naproxen and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is the combination you mentioned. This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory combo used to treat pain and swelling.

Acetaminophen is actually not directly classified as such, in the U.S., but it is similar enough that the FDA will not allow these medications to be combined into one product, here, due to the dangers.

Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
