My grandson will turn 16 in February. He is 6' tall and weights 220 lbs. He takes Vyvanse for ADHD. Another doctor prescribed Naprelan to help heal a elbow injury. Is it safe to take both of these drugs? ## There are no interactions listed between taking them both, but you should check with a doctor, or pharmacist to be certain. An oval, oblong pill it is white in color,One side has an N on it . The other side has the number 750 on it. It's on the large side, my guesstimation is 3/4 of an inch. 902 on one side and W on other side ## Well I think it is one of 2 possibilities: 1. Naprelan 550 mg extended release (Naproxen). Anti-Inflammatory Pain reliever like Aleve. W 902 is an old marking for this pill. - OR - 2. Captopril 12.5 mg for treating high blood pressure. Do either of these sound familiar? ## Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Naprelan 500; the equivalent of Naproxen sodium (550 mg). Captopril would be a possibility except that it is a round pill and you mentioned that it is oval, as is the Naproxen pill I found. I've been taking Naprelan for back pain and notice a side effect (swelling feet) after 4 days taking this medicine. I've been off of this medication for 4 days now. Do you know how long it takes for this medicine to cleanse the body? I continue to have swelling feet and urinary tract infection, I'm guessing because the medicine is still in my system. Please help.
