## NEED TO KNOW USES, SIDE EFFECTS, DERIVATIVE OF ? ## I was doing a lot of searching around myself; Not too much out there on Saboxone. Then I stumbled across a document which made mention of the name along with other related chemicals: Saboxone (pending FDA approval) - Naloxone (antagonist) - Buprenorphine (partial agonist) - Tx of heroin addiction (more efficacious than methadone???) These drugs are for the treatment of opiate related addictions such as Hydrocodone, Herion, etc. Found an article on Buprenorphine at www.drugabuse.gov/NIDA_Notes/NNVol10N1/Bupren.html. Hope this helps... ## Please see the drug SUBOXONE for more information. Thank You! ## I want to get a prescription online, and dont know who would give me one? ## I erroneously clicked abuse next to Susan Ellis's nam...

Will i have withdrawls the 1st day taken this pill?? ## Hello, Eddie! How are you? Actually, you can't take this until you are already in full withdrawal. One of the ingredients in it is Naloxone, which can throw you into dangerous withdrawals, if taken while other drugs are still in your blood stream. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

The doctor is giving me buprenorphene without the naloxone how strong is it? ## Hello, Hippy Chick! How are you? Buprenoprhine is a pretty strong opiate, it's what's used in Suboxone and Subutex to treat drug addiction, because it is strong enough to prevent withdrawals from other substances. Learn more Buprenorphine details here. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. The only thing you can really do is try it and see how well it works for you. Are there any other questions or concerns?

Iam looking for pain med for torn manicus but im allergic to codine ## Hello chellymmm, I have identified a green oval/elliptical shaped pill with the imprint WATSON 395 50 0 .5 as Naloxone hydrochloride and Pentazocine hydrochloride. It contains (0.5 mg) of Naloxone and (50 mg) of Pentazocine. Manufacturer: Watson Pharmaceuticals National Drug Code (NDC): 00591-0395 Based on my research, this medication doesn't actually contain codeine. However, studies have shown that a (50 mg) dose-when administered orally- appears to have an equivalent analgesic effect to (60 mg) or 1 grain of codeine. 5 mg ## The Pentazocine is an opiate, used to treat moderate to severe pain, it is coupled with the Naloxone to help prevent the use and/or abuse of other narcotics while taking the medication. This means it may cause withdrawals in people who are opiate depedent or addicted. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation.
