I got this in Mexico last week for a bladder infection. Is this just for the pain of a bladder infection? Or does it help cure one too? ## The active ingredients are 500mgs of Nalidixic Acid and 50mgs of Phenazopyridine, it is commonly used to treat urinary tract infections, because some bacteria that cause them are sensitive to the acid and will be killed by it. IF YOU HAVE KIDNEY STONES DO YOU RECOMMEND TO TAKE THIS MEDICATION WILL IT HELP OR NOT.
