HE TOOK 2 OF THESE, (THINKING THEY WERE VIAGRA. THEY DID NOTHING TO HIS PENIS, BUT HE GOT REALLY MEAN, HE ATTACKED ME, AND THE LOOK ON HIS FACE SCARED ME, HE DIDNT EVEN LOOK LIKE HIMSELF. THE RILL WAS LIGHT BLUE, OBLONG IN SHAPE AND HAS L368 PRINTED ON ONE SIDE. WHAT ARE THESE, AND WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS. COULD THEY CAUSE THIS REACTION??

Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Naproxen sodium (220 mg).
Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug commonly used for the reduction of moderate to severe pain, fever, inflammation and stiffness.
Research I have gathered states that Naproxen preparations containing sodium are not recommended for use in patients with sodium-sensitive hypertension, due to potential adverse effects on blood pressure in this small subset of hypertensive patients. I am not an MD so I can't say for sure that Naproxen can have such an effect on anyone as it did your boyfriend; however I personally had high blood pressure, so I do know that hypertension can certainly change ones reaction/anxiousness for lack of a better term.
