My Son Had An Accidental Overdose
UpdatedMy son had an accidental overdose, but actually it was from so much damage prior. His sister NEVER called the ambulance & lives 5 min from the hospital & for the damage of him being on a ventilator, kidneys shut down, I was never told he was even in the hosp. they released him & sent him to the state hos. they also released him, he did have drugs and maybe 2 beers in his system, I talked to him that night he passed & he said he was bleeding bad from his rectum, so there was damage done & the 2 hospitals STILL released him, this was back in June on 29th 2014. The autopsy saying accident overdose, I am NOT sure what a lawyer can do??? He had 0.10mg/L of diazepam, trazadone: 0.15mg/L, sertraline: 0.40mg/L & 2 beers & here is the problem I can not figure, hydrocodone: 1.063mg/L, morphine: 0.053mg/L & 6-monoacetytmorphine: 0.158mg/L. This is straight from the autopsy, person, my son died from toxic effects of opiates. but I can NOT figure the amount of pills. I am NOT good at math & converting such. I need to know approx. how many pills of the last 3. His nephew said he has known him to take twice that much & he was off of it for a long time & I know you CANNOT start back doing the same amount & your system builds up a resistance & you can take more & more. A very grieving mother & I CAN NOT let it go! If anyone can give me an estimate of the amount of those pills I would appreciate it. A lawyer will be looking at that & NOT the damage done from a previous attempted overdose, which his sister should have been got for gross negligence, but since the ambulance was NOT called & no cops, therefore, they do NOT want to do anything! HELP ME! We were going bowling & he was talking about the future so he had NO intentions of killing himself that night! He was talking about his son graduating this year in May 2015. Please help me with the number of pills that was in the last 3, the first was a small dosage, I understand all mixed together, but we ALL have a high tolerance to anything. He just had damage done from prior & someone needs to be held responsible, he was very impulsive & needed to be watched for that reason. He was also a VERY brilliant person. PLEASE HELP!
