My boyfriend was just recently put on risperdal about 4 days ago.. they said it would help him with his anger problems..will this medication help him or does he need to quit using it and be switched to another one.??

Risperdal is an excellent drug for anger management, however, the benefits will not become apparent for several weeks. Psychotherapy always helps.
