MY SISTER WHO IS AUTISTIC WAS ON TEGRETOL 100 AND 200 RESPECTIVELY IN THE MORNING AND AT BED TIME.OFF LATE THE DOCTOR STOPPED TEGRETOL AND PRESCRIBED EPTOIN 100 TWICE A DAY.SINCE THEN SHE HAS BECOME VERY RESTLESS AND RASHES HAVE ALSO ERRUPTED ON HER WHOLE BODY ASWELL AS THE TONGUE, EYES AND INSIDE THE MOUSE ASWELL.TEGRETOL WAS PRESCRIBED BECAUSE SHE HAD BOUTS OF FITS EARLIER BUT ALMOST TEN YEARS BACK. NOW WHAT SHOULD WE DO. THE RASHES ARENT GOING. WHAT COULD BE THE REASON? PLEASE HELP. SHE CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH ANY ONE. SO SHE CANT SPEAK OUT HER PROBLEMS. ALSO HER TSH LEVEL IS CLOSE TO 15.

Yes, it definitely seems that she is experiencing an allergic reaction, that's usually the only time a rash spreads like that, to inner body orifices and lingers for so long.
