Am 39 yrs old,and my weight is 60kg for many years now no increase and am very skinny and tiny,what multivitamin can be of help to me.

As to whether or not a vitamin will help, that really depends on whether or not you're deficient in one or more vital nutrients. If you are and that's what's causing you to be tiny, then one could help you.

However, if you're not and your genetics just naturally intend you to be this size, then there isn't much you can do to change it.

Do you eat a good, healthy, balanced diet? 3 meals a day? Do you get plenty of exercise?
