Morphine Er Tab 30mg Oxycodone 10mg

My doctor prescribed Morphine Er Tab 30mg and Oxycodone 10mg
My question is does this medication have any serious side effects? Having never taken anything like this, I was concerned when I saw the word "morphine", so any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.

Morphine and Oxycodone are both narcotic analgesics and both of them can be habit forming, even if you don't abuse them and only use them as prescribed.

They share a common side effect profile, which may include: nausea, drowsiness, constipation and dry mouth.
