mintex pd liquid

this was precribed to my niece and it says to give her 1 tsp. twice daily. i don't know if this is cold medicine or allergy medicine ## This medication contains the active ingredient Carbinoxamine, it is most commonly used to treat, or prevent allergies. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, dry eyes, seizure, diarrhea, and loss of appetite. Is there anything else I can help with?
