I have used Solpadol soluble for many years and now have a loud machine like buzzing in one ear and deafness, at least I think its one ear? This buzz is continuous also I struggle to hear if a group of people are in the same room talking it can also be painfull.Can SOLPADOL SOLUBLE cause Tinnitus?? I have a pill also described as a pill for migraine but I do not know what it is other than that and I want to know more. On one side it has an M on top and 512 on bottom with no score separating the two, on the other side it has nothing and no score on that side either. All I read about that is close has scoring on one side, this has no scoring at all and the inscription just as told above. Does any one with migrains know what this is??? So I've tried just about EVERYTHING ELSE so now I'm posting here for my help!!! Quick backstory I've had Meniere's since I was in middle school (at the time I didn't know it was Meniere's) I remember being curled up in a ball while the nurses room was spinning. It only happened about 5-6 times through out middle school. I also have horrible migraines. Then I went almost a decade with no problems. PLS HELP! I used to use fioricet yrs ago when it was made by Watson, blue tablet and head imprint. Change 2012 . I had no idea. Now my neuro will prescribe. I got capsules from Sunrise pharma, oblong N26 not great at all. So asked Dr for pills at my visit this week. Not knowing brand name fioricet was gone. I got the pills by Alvogen ,blue and 247 imprint- they do not work. Can you tell me tab/cap that works the best as there are 29 manufacturers? Calling Dr on monday. I take Ergotamine for headaches. I get my meds thru Medco. My insurance pays most of the cost for generics. Last time Medco said they didn't have Ergotamine in stock (first time that has ever happened over the years.) They said they would need to send me Cafergot, the brand name. It costs me 10 times more. I'm currently taking butalbital + acetaminophen + caffeine (50-325-40) and imitrex 109 milligram for migraine relief. I have been taking it for years, but two days ago I started experiencing numbness in my upper left lip. ## I take Fioricet all the time. I would bet it’s the Imitrex that did that to you. For many years, Fiorinal with Codeine "Brand" capsules knocked out your headache with no side affects and allowed you to be productive. Since the last year or so since Watson became "Activis", this drug is not the same. They don't work as well, do not knock out the headache. I've heard it might be the "fillers", or maybe they are not making them strong enough. I imagine the generic form are not as good also. It is a shame that we sufferers have to deal with this. I've been taking 4 capsules per day for migraines and pain control. I've been taking this drug for 30 years and it seems like the only thing that works yet allows me to be productive. Since the unavailability issues about a year ago, it seems like they are now not as effective. It feels like they don't have the same amount of active ingredient. I agree that Watson was the best generic I tried. Does anybody know which manufacturer may be better to get from? I have taken Fiorinal tablets for several years as it is the only medication that works for my headaches. I take 1/2 pill at a time, so taking a capsule will not work. I've been informed that Fiorinal tablets are not being made any longer and you can only get Fioricet capsules. Won't work for me. I've also been informed that the explanation for the discontinuance of Fiorinal is a manufacturing plant investigation. Can anyone explain that more? Is the plant investigation for this drug or for something else? If something else, that doesn't explain why Fiorinal is discontinued.
