Mifeperx & Misoprostol Infection Presence

I had a medical abotrion using both mifeprex orally & vaginally inserted misoprostol and became seriously ill.It was difficult to obtain proper care still trying because the infection carries with it no fever no typical infection symptoms are prevailant. The only symptoms I had were extreme fatigue complete exhaustion, feeling of general disgust, vaginal discharge with the stentch of rotting flesh, gradually stopped eating and drinking, urinating. I could literally feel the infection inside my stomach foaming and bubbling like some science experiment gone seriously wrong. It has been over 2 months I am still fighting this infection and have read nothing similar in any reports so I am curious as to other documents or personal accounts from other women.I'd greatly appreciate any input. Thank you.

i have taken this pill and now i get weird spotting and vaginal discharge with rotting flesh also but i have not went to the doctor as yet. i am also experiencing itchyness outside of my vagina i do not know what to do.
