Many of the results you find (in one or both of the links above) also list a phone number for that specific doctor; I'd consider calling up a number of them to see if they are accepting new patients; some aren't, but most usually are.

In addition to seeing a doctor, have you tried doing any exercises to help with the pain? My dad suffers from fibromyalgia and always mentions how he feels loads better once he gets back on an exercise routine. In fact, a 2007 study in the Archives of Internal Medicine found that women with fibromyalgia in a four-month exercise program reported significant improvements in physical function as well as fatigue and depression. Another recommendation I have is essential oils.
