I was wondering if you guys know how much Micardis 40 alone lowers your bloodpressure from baseline?

Have you attempted to make any changes to your diet/lifestyle for the sake of your blood pressure? My boyfriend dealt with high blood pressure for years but was able to lower it by controlling his eating habits and exercising. He started to eat a diet with lower sodium foods (replaced table salt with pink himalayan sea salt) to help reduce inflammation and water retention and added in a healthy amount of fruit and veggies.

hie I am Chakresh Jain and I am 50 years old and i am suffering from hypertension problem and my blood pressure rises to 160 .My doctor Subscribed me tablets doxofylline , daily 2 tablets for 40 days and Telmikind-H daily 1 tablets for 40 days ,but I am not getting any relief and approx in every weak my bloodpressure rises to 160/100 so i consulted another doctor and he said to change the tablets as doxofylline is not suiting me and he also said that there is some breathing problem to me so he subscibed me another set of tablets and asked me to switch to his prescription,so what should i do should i change my medicines as we all know its not good to change the tablets and please tell me what is the problem, and should i do,can you please help me, please do reply as soon as possible.
