There is no equivalent available here.

However, they are available separately. Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. It requires a doctor's prescription in the U.S. Its typical side effects, as reported by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

However, the others are just b vitamins; Thiamine, Pyridoxine and Cyanocobalamin; that are known to support nerve health and function, they can be found in drug or health stores.

A Mexican friend gave me this medication and said it is great. What is your opinion? I have been having Sciatica pain for over a month, first time I have ever had it. I am getting very tired of not feeling normal. I have gone to my general doctor and one chiropractor so far with no real help.
