Methycobal Tablets

Should i take methycobal ..for frozen shoulders and cramps? I am 33 year old.. my doctor have prescribed me these tablets....... some time i have severe cramps in arms, legs and shoulders........ which make me cry........now my problem is that i have a continuous pain in the shoulders....... when i wake up early in the morning i am unable to move them.......... even while driving i am unable to steer the wheel........... i have tried every thing and the final remedy was a spray on the effected are after which i could relax for a few minutes......... now after all the tests and medicines......... my doc has given me this......... i want to know what are the side effects and can i use them for my cramps and frozen shoulders??????? please help

Methylcobalamin is a nutritional supplement that is a form of Vitamin B12, it is often given to treat some forms of nerve pain.
