Did anyone know if the Birmingham metro methadone clinic will let you charge a dose and pay later or do you have to pay every time on time?

I LIVE IN BIRMINGHAM BEEN IN TREATMENT 5 YEARS. Its a business,, they could care LESS if you can't pay.. You get established and later you can CHARGE ONE DOSE.. if you don't have the money then they don't care,, flop around on the sidewalk for all they care. Sign up for medicaid ,, they will pay for it. If not eligible then you are screwed, because they are so afraid the insurance companies won't reimburse at their fee of $ 14 a day , they wont take it. OBAMACARE was suppose to change that,, and when I get done with some of these clinics by suing them thru the justice dept. THEY WILL TAKE INSURANCE THEN WHEN BARACK AND HIS DEA GET ONE WITH THEM.
