Menses Tablet Name

i had my periods on april 13, i m 22 years old. till today i havent got my periods, i discovered that from last mnth .. my blood rate is so low, i have being trying to recover by eating beetroots,promograntes...etc but stil..... having low amount of blood does it causes delay in menses cycle? please suggest me i really worried.. before consulting a doctor ,, i have being searching for a tablet that could start my menses cycle... please suggest me i dont have any relationships... please can u give a proper suggestion? plz........
