Memo Plus Gold And Migraines

Hi. I'm just concerned as to whether memo plus gold may trigger migraines, as I take 4-5 capsules a day. My migraine on the left side of my head seems to occur almost everyday.

Memo Plus Gold is a natural supplement, not a prescription medication, so it hasn't been evaluated for side effects and is not actually proven to help with anything.

That said, it may indeed be triggering your headaches, you could be sensitive to an ingredient in it and you are taking way more than they recommend, which is one capsule twice daily for the first month, then one capsule daily thereafter.

There is always the possibility of getting too much of a good thing.

Why are you taking so many?

I was told by one doctor to take memo plus gold (2 capsules) 3 times a day as I have epilepsy. He said that it may be useful for prevention of my epilepsy. But as my stomach can't stand the pain of 6 capsules per day, I only took 5. Please clarify this matter for me. Thanks.
