white round pill with 54 411

54 but they are broke in half. Its not smooth on the other side there is a line right threw the middle of the opposite side. What is this, please help ## Hi Dan, From your description the closest match I'm seeing online is a white round pill marked with 54 111 on one side and scored on the other. It contains 250mgs of Mefloquine; which is used to prevent and treat malaria. Had there been no score line I would've thought this to be a generic Subutex tablet, since it shares the same imprint 54 411. But if you could double check the "4" to make sure it's not a "1" that would confirm whether or not Mefloquine is a prime suspect. I have found on my daughters dresser a few pills round white and imprint on one side CLO 10 and on the other APO and would like to know what it is Thanks ## APO is Mefloquine 250 mg, which is used to prevent malaria (malaria prophylaxis) and also in the treatment of chloroquine-resistant falciparum malaria.
