Meds In Mexico

Is Roche Valium , Pfizer Tafil XR, (extended release alprazolam), and Scherling-Plough "Temgesic" still stocked in a Mexican Pharmacia, say in Puerto Vallarta, or in Los Cabos Pharmacia's?????I I have USA scripts for Roche Rivotril, but not for Roche Valium or the bupe 0.25 sublingual tabs, that were available 5 years ago. Is it a hassle to get a Mexican MD to write up a script for 3 dozen pills of each? I plan on staying in a 5 star hotel spa, in case they make office calls, like they used to do in Argentina high roiller hotels........anyone got any recent data on the scoop about scoring benzo's in these resort cities in Mexico?
I also really like "Temgesic" to withdraw off of Oxycodone, and it is getting harder to find the past 6 years...(Buprenorphine). I have empty Valium, and empty Rivotril (Clonazepam bottles, to take with me, but no Temgesic or Xanax/Tafil bottles. any help would be greatly appreciated......

It you stay in a 4 or 5 Diamond Rated Resort, or one of the leading 100 Resorts of the world, as I did, I got a
public relation mgr (I tipped $100 US) and within, 15 minutes has a telephone interview with a Mexican bilingual M.D and received delivered to me within 15 minutes 90 Roche Rivotril, 90 Roche Valium and 60 Sanofi Brand Stillnox, all vacuum sealed and all with heavy duty hologram embossments on the blisterpaks and on the tape surrounding the box. I paid the M.D by American Express Gold Preferred Rewards card, The oonly thing I could ot get was Roche Rophypnol. Los Cabos (Cabo San Luca) it is not cheap the Md visiit to super resort, and meds ran $425.00US

Also, I got the max dose, ten mg Valium, 2 mg Roche Rivotril (Klonopin) and 10 mg Sanofi Zolpidem (Stilnox or Ambien) and it was twice as strong, if not 3 fold stronger than IOP's from Pakistan, India, South Africa, Romania, Philippines, Germany, and the UK. Beware:there are a few hustlers, who are pharmaciists, who will sell you like a 10 pill blisterpack of Pfizer Alprazolam "Tafil" or Roche Valium, or Sanofi Stillnox, in blisterpacks, under the counter, THAT ARE NOT EMBOSSED WITH HOLOGRAMS, AND ARE VERY WEAK MEDS, WITH ONLY A FRACTION OF THE ALLEGED INGREDIENTS.
I know because i got bilked, on the same trip. 2 of 3 pararmacists techs turned me flat down without a script. I learned a valuable lesson, I'd say 75 to 80% of worldwide meds are highly diluted both on the worldwide internet, now with Latino pharmacists, the rackeetering has spread worldwide. the meds must come from a MD AND FROM A FACE TO FACE PHARMACY FACE TO FACE, imho.

"Clobenzorex" also, as of 2009, was marketed as the
drug "Itravil", Obeclox, and Redicres. The latter three meds were manufactured by Investigacian, Obeclox by Medix, and Redicres by Columbia Pharma. (all in Mexico) Source I use is now 3 years old.

Ifa Reducing Sinpet, and "Terfamex". (Based on a Audit from the Royal Pharmaceuetical Society of Great Britain. In the USA, for decades, "Pentermine HCi was marketed as brand, "Ionomin" and "Fastin".
IMHO, Pentermine, is over-represented, with, watered down products, on the worldwide internet, if not
fake, like the notorious proliferation of "Viagra". Finally,
please note than, Mexico, was the only country still marketing the stimulant "Clobenzorex" in 2009/2010. It is not listed anymore in the Martindale :Extra Pharmacoeia 2009 edition, except for Mexico, out of forty countries, in the modern industrialized world.
Note that the USA PDR, and the 1st cousin, written in Spanish, for Mexico, the PLM 2 volume set printed by the same publisher (thompson) also for Colombia,
Costa Rica, Dominica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Panama, & Peru, "only advertise what the individual pharmaceutical firms pay to have their respective medication advertised' this is especially true in the "here and now" in the USA PDR's of recent years.

finally, judging from my Pharmaceutical textbooks, worldwide, covering 1966 to 2009, the (controversial
stimulant) Clobenzorex, has been withdrawn from the EU, and a few other countries, with Latin America the last holdout. Thus, don't wait too long, as it appears to be heading for extinction. IMHO.
