Medicine To Help Me Gain Weight

I am a 31 year old male. I have been around the same size all my teenage and adult life. I am very insecure about my weight and have been for years.
I currently am 132 pounds and 5 foot 10inches tall.
I don't was to be huge I really just want 20 to 30 additional pounds.
I need help. Any suggestions?
I've tried everyone normal I can think of. I'm sure there is something out there for me.

Actually, the safest way to gain weight would be to eat more calorie dense foods, while getting lots of proper exercise.

Have you checked into things to make sure that there isn't some health condition causing you to be so small?

What types of foods do you normally eat?
