I am also facing simlilar problem of Heel pain. There are no specific medicines for cure. But if heel pains are more when you wake up in the morning and try to walk, then a small exercise is just wrap a towel or rope on the middle portion of the foot and try to pull the rope or towell towards u, sort of streaching to the foot. Just do it for 3- to 50 sconds. thats all. Then try to walk, pains will not be there and u will be comfortable. I am doing this regularly and pains have reduced drastically. Also use footwares with soft coushoning. Thanks,,,

Helen, have you discussed this with your doctor?

There are many possible causes, including bone spurs, so it is very difficult for anyone to suggest a cause or treatment options from just an online post. It will require an exam and possibly tests.

We are also an information only website, so this site doesn't provide any diagnosis or treatment options.

It sounds very familiar to what I've suffered from which is plantar fasciitis. An Anti-inflammatory med would be my first suggestion. Rolling your foot over a tennis ball or a chilled soda can will offer some help. Strecthing exerises will help a great deal. Hope you get some relief.

Kumari, Nurokind Plus is actually just a nutritional supplement, so unless your doctor says otherwise, there shouldn't be any harm in your taking it, as long as you don't take too much of it.

It contains Methylcobalamin, Folic Acid, Alpha Lipoic Acid and Vitamins B1 and B3.

Are there any other questions?

It sounds like a heal spur. You can get a heal cup at the drug store. I had heal spurs in both ankles many years ago. I had it for a full year. Then it left. because I lost weight.
