There is actually no difference in these, they are both the same thing. The correct name is Methycobalamin, but in some foreign countries, the spelling has been adulterated to Mecobalamin.

However, both refer to the same form of Vitamin B12, which is often given to treat certain types of pain, because a deficiency in this vital nutrient can cause or contribute to such conditions.

Have you discussed it with either doctor?

It is probably not advisable to take both, without a doctor's approval, because too much B12 can also be dangerous.

Firstly, have you got yourself checked for Magnesium deficiency? Secondly, according to Ayurveda, the problem you're facing is most probably due to excess/vitiated Vata Dosha (Vata humor). You may take the following steps to reduce Vata Dosha since you're having the symptoms of excess Vata. Most basic action to do this is to start following regular lifestyle. Please go to sleep and rise on time. If not possible due to the type of work, then and sleep and rise on same time every day. Reduce alcohol consumption. Stop taking cold things (ice-cream, cold drinks, etc.) because coldness increases Vata. Keep yourself well covered so that the body does not have to face cold winds (cold winds enhance Vata). Please always wear socks and slippers when at home because coldness from the floor travels up the legs increasing Vata Dosha. It is best to consult an qualified Ayurvedic Doctor for medicines. There are very effective medicines in Ayurveda which can cure the kind of problem you have.

They are basically the same thing. The wikipedia page states "Methylcobalamin (mecobalamin, MeCbl, or MeB12) is a cobalamin used in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, and as a preliminary treatment for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. It is a form of vitamin B12"
