Mclazide M

I am diabetic. Dr. Has prescribed Mclazide M as medicine to lower blood sugar. I want to know what it contains and how this medicine works.

Mclazide-M contains the active ingredients Gliclazide and Metformin, these are both antidiabetic medications that can help to lower and control blood sugar.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, stomach pain and flatulence.

I am a diabetic and I am taking mclazide 3 times a day..it has controlled my blood sugar but i feel dizziness, pukish , stomach pain.....should I ask my docter to change medicine or I should continue taking it
