Lumbosacral Spondolysis

Updated

I am 38 years of age and was diagnosed with early degenerative lumbosacral spondylsis - In the year 2010 I had had the problem detected as at that time I was unable to make my body straight. After taking some medicine my back pain subsided and I could go about my normal life. However, just 15 days back I had same lower back pain and I could not make my body straight. Had an X-ray done and the doctor recommended an MRI as I could not touch my foot with my hands in a sitting posture. The MRI report (as doctor says) shows that the nerve is getting compressed and that's the reason why I am getting pain. Though this time I had not felt any numbness in my feet but the pain (pricking like sensation) radiated to my buttocks. He has told me to wear the LS belt and has recommended the following medicine: Pregabal M (to be continued for 2 months), Vibrania (to be continued for 2 months) and Flexura (2 times for 5 days). Am I going in the right direction with treatment?
