Very large, very light green, oval or more like large rectangular with rounded ends, like a calcium pill, scored across the middle, with NP 423 on one side, nothing on the other

The marking is actually intended to be MP (the letters run into each other as the manufacturers logo) 423 and this tablet contains 600mgs of controlled release Guaifenesin, the active ingredient in Mucinex, this is a generic or store brand. It is used to help relieve congestion.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and chapped lips.
