Losacar 50

i have been on Tenomin 50mg for a while. Recently I had a lapse of memory when I was stressed and when my bph was taken the dr found that my pressure was 190/110. He prescribed Losacar 50 . I don't know what this tablet is for. If I should take this tablet only or should I continue with Tenomin too?
