Loritab 5, 7.5,or 10 (Top voted first)

I have a question. I have gotten some medications mixed up and now don't know which dosage is which. They are Loritab (I believe) with M358, M363, and M367 on them? Can anyone help me to identify the dosage of each. I have tried to research with no luck. Thanks!

I TAKE LORTABS ON A REGULAR BASIC AND THEY HAVEM363 ON THEM BUT I FOUND ONE THAT HAS M360 ON ITCOULD ANYONE TELL ABOUT IT IT IS WHITE LOOK LIKE MY M363 BUT LARGER

i have mixed up my meds for pain can any one tell me what the pill is that says m 5 8 2 on one side and nothing on the other its a white oval pill

The Loratab with # 367 is the highest dose you can get. It is white oval and has M367 on the pill.

I have similar problems with drug imprint codes. Would someone please list all M360 - M367 & up with strengths, etc. Taking care of elderly people who like to throw pills across the room is very difficult when on a time schedule, etc. I have also found many conflicting bits of information in PDRs and nursing drug handbooks, especially on M363 code. Some say 5/500 others insist on 10/500 and then they say that M367 is highest when I thought that Lortabs only went to 10 mg. of Hydrocodone and that was it . . .??

Eric, they do make TAB,15 mg however m367 is 10mg m358 is a 7.5 mg and m363 is also 10 mg it depends on if there gernic or not and what drug store they came from i would suggest calling drug store you can give code to them they will tell you the mg. there are many different types made by different companys the imprint is the companys code,for that med, all different companys use different codes

hi. found some pills in an unmarked bottle that just say V on one side and a 3592 on the other. i was told this was a generic form of lortab but am uncertain. any information would be helpful especially if it is lortab since my broken leg is killing me!

i found some wygesic as well and i looked it up and just found that it said it was a generic darvoset. so i could use those too i'm assuming. thanks for your help though, again!

hey, darvoset is bascily ibproven fine to take as well but can up set the belly take with milk or food i wouldnt take with tabs if tabs dont work as well you may take BC with tab its asprin based every 4 to 6 hours
