Loritab 5, 7.5,or 10 (Page 4)

I have a question. I have gotten some medications mixed up and now don't know which dosage is which. They are Loritab (I believe) with M358, M363, and M367 on them? Can anyone help me to identify the dosage of each. I have tried to research with no luck. Thanks!

ive been on lortab10.5 and oxycontin for 6yrs due to chronic pain and now i am tryn to come off cus i dont want taking chances wit my life other nite ended up in hospital severe vomiting my oxy was raisd to 30 mg im very much afraid to continue these drugs wats the more harm can do i or exspect in continuing taking these i will always have wats causing pain wat do i do

i found white oblong pill and has a V and the other side has 5898 on it ,is this in the lortab family thanks
