White oblong pill with the letters IMO one one side and the opposite side has a divided line in middle with the numbers 2 on first half and 125 on the second half. What is this pill? ## Hello, Pam! I have a small red capsule with the words forta sec written in two places. what Rx is inside? ## Fortasec is a medication from Spain, it contains the active ingredient Loperamide, so it is the same as our Imodium, used to treat diarrhea. Where did you find this capsule? ## I beleive it is called Fortasec which in Australian comes from Barcelona it is a medication for gastric problems.

The second one is white, more rectangular, scored with 2 / 125 and IMO on the opposite side. The third one is a scored white oval with IP / 272 on one side and blank on the other. Light green color barrel shape. 44-454 on it. ## I haven't been able to find a listing for this exact pill, but I can tell you that it is an over the counter product that is manufactured by LNK International. From the description, this may be their 2mg Loperamide tablets, which are a generic for Imodium, but they don't list the marking, so I am not certain. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
