Have you seen a doctor for this?

Have you looked into your diet to see what might be causing it?

It really depends on the root cause. Some people, who experience it occasionally, due to another medication or something they've eaten can get relief from just using an over the counter product, like Loperamide, often sold under the brand name Imodium.

However, if you are experiencing it regularly, then you need to see a doctor, so they can diagnose what is causing it and it may require medical intervention.
