I had no proper bowel movement for 7 days. I drink well, eat well and I have moments of hunger too... But my stomach seems to be congested in the morning. Every time I go I get a smaller amount of stool that's also watery... I tried dulcoflex but it didn't work... Can you please suggest anything?

I am a diabetic patient suffering with loose motion from the last 20 days. Appolo hospital doctors suggested a stool & stool culture test. It is noted from the test results that my WBC/PUS CELLS shows 2-3/hpf. And culture test results reports suggested use of tigamycine, tetracycline, amoxicillin, etc... The doctor prefers that I take normaxin rt, but it could not have given me good results. So please suggest a solution for eradicating loose motion.

I've had a fever of 102F since Sunday. On Tuesday, loose motion and vomiting started. Upon taking paracetamol my temp came down to 100F and my Dr. advised me to take paracetamol 3 times daily for four days. What else can I take for loose motion?
